1 - the Mo letters are under the heading above - COG pubs. Scroll down to the bottom and there is a list of the ones that are on the site.
2 - I think that the girl who won the judgment will not be able to collect as the case is too old. I tink after so many years, they close the case. I'm not sure if it can be reopened or not. You'd have to check with that court and I have no clue where that dear girl is. The book I have says that she was a student at the University of Akron (Ohio) and was working toward a degree in English or Mass-media and communication. The copyright is 1980, so that's a long time ago.
