I have felt the same way as you and sorry but I have found no good answer. Faith is a tricky question as it’s just a belief it’s hard to work out. If you believe in something enough does that make it real?? I believe that a faith of any sort will give you piece of mind a strong belief in God, Allah, Buda or a Stone can help you make sense of your life and give you a reason to live. But once a belief has been crushed it is very hard to ever believe in anything anymore. Good Luck
