Here is something that you are not aware: Just because The Family says a person is not a member doesn't make this person a part of the ex-COG community. Not in my book. We know it because we were told many times to say we were not members. TF has no credibility with me, and I dare say with many of us.
Also, a tribunal is a number of people with the mission to judge. People can judge only after evaluating what's infront of them. In this case, there is no collective effort to judge anybody as the word "tribunal" was used. That is why using the word "tribunal" is not acurate.
