Hmmm....
I don't know who owns those homes, but most homeowners insurance policies have $500,000 in liability insurance that pays for things like if the family dog bites somebody, or a neighborhood kid jumps the fence and downs in the pool. It's pretty broad in terms of the kind of things those policies shell out for. That's an interesting angle.
