Perhaps a firmer grasp of the terms you're using when talking is in order.
If you say things like.. "shes a sheep loving person" then I'd say communication is a pretty major problem there.
Even If I was still in the cult that wouldn't have made any more sense. & I would still be left with the impression that your wife was simply a new-zealander.
