Well, I'm glad to know it wasn't you that sent me the email. I didn't think so, but when one gets a weird email, ones mind tends to go nuts trying to figure out just who sent it. And the interesting thing is the internet header was not there, so someone knows how to manipulate the emails. It wasn't to this website, it was to my AOL email addy. Maybe it was just spam, but it talked specifically about this post, that's why it seemed so ironic to be at exactly the same time. Well, I may never know, I guess.

I'm sorry, when did I call you "many things" but never civil? Or are you just talking about Americans? Jules, I do believe in something and I do believe there are things worth dying for. I listened all my life to my grandmother talk about her life and how my ancestors died for their beliefs. My family lost many relatives and friends at the hands of marauders who hated them for nothing more than their beliefs and their successes. My mother talked about their marches into the desert after the Turks boarded up my grandparents house and would only let them take what they could carry. I could go on, but suffice it to say, it profoundly affected me. But that's just my opinion and my viewpoint, which I am entitled to. I'm sorry to hear of your loss and that you are hurting for so many others. I don't want to see anyone hurt or lost in any way. That is not my desire.
