The acronyms I used stand for:
TTC (Teen Training Camp--camps held in the mid-80s to pull in the teens for retraining and inspiration--lasted about a month to 6 weeks)

JLC (Japan Leadership Camp--in 87 I think, when Gary, Josiah and Ike came to Japan to reorganize and restructure, 2 camps were held for 2 weeks and pulled in all the field leadership)

HCS (Heavenly City School--this is where Berg landed in Japan in 87 or 88, and lived for about a year or less, the beginning of the school-vision, the Victors, the Jetts, and origins of the IVM-International Video Ministry)

YA (Young Adults--began in the 90s, and was for from 18-21 year old I think--I was always too old to be part of this group whenever the age limits were changed)

I think that's it.

As for filtering down to the field, I think it was pretty effective in Japan cause they eventually began to pull teens off the field and into the HCS as soon as a kid turned 12, and then after there were too many kids turning 12, they instituted local teen programs run by persons who had been trained at the HCS and spent time involved in the teen department there. Eventually was the birth of the victors, the Back to the Basics discipline groups, and a few others. How the program was carried out by the field leadership varied from area to area, personality to personality. 2 of my sisters went through the victors, one of them being part of the pre-victor program and the first major victor program. My other sister got sent to the program for expressing a desire to return to the States and live with our mother who was not in the group.
