I don't know what you mean about the local leadership being benign. The homes in Thailand are characteristically conservative and letter of the law. For a long time the SGAs referred to the Thailand area (S.E. Asia) as the conservative part of TF and Europe and S.A. as the liberal part. If anyone is going to follow Maria and Peter's every jot and tittle of their laborious laws, it's going to be the disciples in Thailand.
