I've had some recent correspondence with an old friend still in the family in Mexico. She doesn't have internet access at home, and refers to her 'alloted hour' at what i assume is an internet cafe. I know her heartfelt and probably contraband letter to me must have taken up all of it that week. It really didn't sound like she had the freedom or availability to search and access stuff on the net.
