We're the same but rather than forget it altogether we put all the names into a hat and everyone draws one name. You only have to buy a present for that person. It makes it really fun and eliminates the stress and money worries. Now that the kids are grown (we only have one grandchild) its seems obscene to go overboard at Xmas with so many suffering and going without. Family is what its all about. Just all getting together is the best part of Xmas.
