I remember Berg encouraging Esing, where he explicitly encouraged ffers to work for escort agencies. But where are those quotes? Those would be useful at a time like this.
There are also Berg quotes on Esing in one place, maybe the Family News Encyclopedia, when Corny wrote in to object to the Esing being done in Hong Kong, and Berg told him off saying that maybe he should leave Hong Kong since it was not his "cup of tea".
Berg initiated and promoted the move towards Family women getting employed by escort agencies, to the point where in some places family homes operated as agencies on their own.
