Maybe part of what makes us feel like outsiders is the way boards evolved. Seems we all have a lot of anger from the past though many have dealt with it to varying degrees. Nevertheless, I know many of us including me come here and read some things and claws come out and clashes happen. It is likely due to being a sensitive bunch and sometimes not considering the other person much in the need to freely express self even if it runs over the other like a freight train.
We all experienced severe abuses to varying degrees within the Family and some of us before that time too.
When I first came around here, most of the anger was vented towards the right target, which is the family leadership, imo. It seems to me that much of the infighting started when there were internal judgements, exer against exer and then different generations with differing situations firing away at each other. It is not so important who starts it. Or who finishes it.
I don't care if someone is Christian, non Christian, Buddhist or Sikh or whatever when it comes to exers, we have that thread, a very painful thread in common. And as long as no one is preaching and shoving bible or other religion down anyone else's throat, or shoving accusations of undeserved blame on others with FG exers trying to be on the side of the "coolest" whatever that is, this could be a really supportive and great place.
Someone who was referred to as a "Management Problem" (is that like "problem case"?)put a lot into this site and cares a great deal for you.
