According to the Arizona Corporation Commission, Journey's End LLC was incorporated on August 26th, 1999 and is owned by William Deyo (Manager) Florence Zerby (Member) and Eugene Zerby (Member). Despite that statement on the 990 that it was sold to Elderhaven, apparently it is still owned by the Deyos and the Zerbys.
