In recent years TF has been extremely strict about any kind of sex with outsiders. I know several people who were ex-commed or got partial for things as small as kissing an outsider on the lips. ??
It is true that in some situations important "kings" continue to get the goods. I lived in one of these in the late 90's. As distasteful as I find it I figure that as long as there are no children or young people involved or being hurt in any way then they can f**k who they like. Cheers.
