All 3 ranks of disciples receive mailings by mail (or online if they're in a "selah" situation).
But, only the FDers and MMers receive ALL the pubs because they are the more "sold-out" ones. The FDers will receive most of the pubs, but not the ones that deal with "deeper" subjects only pertaining to those who are serving the Lord in a more "revolutionary" level and are more "sold-out" than the others.
The FDers and MMer's give more (tithe) and get to receive the "deeper" messages from "beyond"... exciting, isn't it?
