ABC Show this morning???

I had a very odd experience this morning.

While I was on the phone, I received a call from someone offering Bible classes. It was not the typical telemarketing call, so I called the number back to find out how they got my number.

It all checked out and basically the lady was a Jehova's Witness and since they can't actually "witness" in our area, they call instead.

I asked to have my number removed from her list and she asked me if I was bothered by religion in general or just didn't like being called. I told her it was both and that I was born and raised in a cult.

Her answer surprised me, she said: "Oh, I just saw something on TV about that this morning. Something about a group called "the Children of God"."

I asked her where she saw it and she said on ABC.

Anyone know anything about this?
