I just was wondering about the same thing, but it might be the journalist's personal touch of commenting, not really understanding the dynamics of the group.
Other possibility: there was really a "wind down" in the upper echelons & she did take a job in Palo Alto.Shouldn't be to difficult to confirm.By my understanding, once you seek a job, you're not really that up high anymore, by former standards, I used to know (unless you were in a "selah" missionfield)
