Deceivers Yet True doctrine - another research question

Another research question. What letter is TF's "deceivers yet true" doctrine in? I thought there was a letter by that name, but I searched the ML list and couldn't find one. Did that come out only in a comic? Again, what I'm looking for is concise quotations with title, paragraph #, and date of publication.

I have the Daily Bread, Volumes 1 -9,[note: paragraph numbers are different than in original letters] and more and more MLs are being put up on this site, which is making this kind of search easier and easier, but for now I still need help finding particular statements. I think one of the best things we can do is use their own words to counter the lies and misinformation they and their apologists spout. Ed Priebe's articles are a good example of that.
