The "letter" about Space City being in the moon was never realy published as such. It came out in the Heaven's Children Book (Vol 1). I don't think this book has been purged completely from Family libraries, but I do know that it underwent minor purges.
Either way, you should be able to get a copy from anyone with access to a more or less complete library.
