I was also sent this web page today by a Family member. reverse lookup on the phone number gives this: The phone number "(951) 294-8078" is a Temecula, CA based phone number and the registered carrier is Time Warner Telecom Of California, Lp - Ca. However, due to number portability, some numbers have been transferred to a new service provider other than the registered carrier.
They are going into major damage control.
