You're right, Jo. When I left TF (from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil) in 1974, there was nothing sexual going on in the south american colonies. The "Flirty Little Fishies" Mo letter had been released by then, but the rank and file really didn't know what it meant, and the local leadership read it to us with no commentary.
I think the FFing garbage first began in the European colonies, and it took a while before it started in Latin America.
