So now we have at least two child molesters (Richard Fernandez, who recently moved to Dallas, and Larry Corley) on the FCF Board of Directors and at least two confirmed child molesters (Josiah/Paul Peloquin and Philip Slown) running FCF supported projects that involve contact with children.
