So what's the legal technical term we should be using when referring to the Family's COMMON practice of illegally snatching children, hiding them from a parent with custody/rights, and hiding that child so the parent never sees him or her for YEARS?
This was very frequent, it was established practice and common sense tells me if not kidnapping that it is still a crime and this crime has a name. Anyone know what it is?
