More about Mene is in one of the FSM mags in the 80's. There was a report about her in Macau and how she was staying in a room and scratching her head bald, screaming about sexual abuse etc. She was blamed for using 'cuss' words (imagine, words like 'fuck' etc)
Her behavior was consistent with a person that has been imprisoned, beaten, raped and tortured, but she was instead blamed and demonized for that. This was before they had to send her to an institution. I hope someone has that magazine and can retrieve that.
Steve Kent has the material but I don't know that either he or any of his students have time to comb through so much to find that one 'testimony.'
