I enjoyed our conversation last week in Anaheim.
I just want you to know that I think this message is a fine example of how this matter can be handled with great maturity.
Being responsible has nothing to do with blame, shame or guilt. It is the willingness to be cause in the matter. To stand up like an adult and say, "I made a mistake", and "I want to do anything in my power to correct my mistake".
I think that is what you, and a few others are trying to do, and I am impressed by that.
