Hey, I know how you feel because I am on a similar path as far as my personal beliefs go.
When I first read the e-mail I reacted similarly but in personal e-mail it is easy to see this is a mother who loves her children and myself being a parent whose kids grew up and got into lots of trouble for awhile I know the torment a parent goes through in a "system" life that is challenged.
I can't imagine being a parent and trying to help your child so troubled and with so much more damage from Berg and growing up in the cult separated from her mother etc.
Sometimes parents aren't the best person to reach the adult child and I know that the parent in this case has tried many times including before she began her journey in her current faith.
Sometimes after a certain point it seems peers can do more and I hope that can happen, but in any case ultimately it can't be forced.
It is sad to see all the suffering that is fallout from the highly destructive group called now TFI...unless they have changed their names yet again for security reasons.
Hope you and yours are doing well and hope I have not offended you with anything I have written to you.
