Hm, that is interesting. Maybe that is what got them to say what they did in 1986, which by the way was *not* to prohibit adults from having sex with kids. All they said is that if a girl already has her periods, don't go all the way unless any baby she had would be born once she's 16, because births in younger girls will cause security problems. What did my molestor do? He just made sure to pull out.
