We may not like the gov't subsidizing cult membes but if it's legit for families to claim that family allowance then they're probably not breaking any laws. Where it gets illegal is when Family members live on welfare & the gov't rules say they have to be looking for a job but they have no intention of taking a system job - they're just spoiling Egypt.
