Thanks for the explanation. That helps a lot in understanding their thinking. Would you happen to remember the names, numbers or approximate dates of the letters that reccomended burning pictures of loved ones? Or the other ones about the evil spirits in the pictures and videos? I have some access to an incomplete archive of COG/Family pubs (which is in the process of being placed online) but it's hard to find certain things in it without knowing at least the date range or the name or number.
