This is what frustrated me so much before. Sure, it's ok to have issues with someone, not agree with the handling of some things or the way someone does something, but ultimately, we are all in this for the same reason and want the same outcome. When we stick together, we can do so much, but when we pull each other apart, we lose most of our effectiveness. We have to sometimes look at what our goal is and ignore certain things in order to acheive that goal. It doesn't mean anyone is beyond criticism or scrutiny, but at the same time, we have to be able to not let that stop us from working together. Am I making sense?
