I agree. Each of you need to lead yourselves. Now, I can tell you that it is not easy to do it. You might get slandered, falsely accused, and greatly disrespected by anyone looking for a leader. But at the end of the day you will feel comfortable that you led yourself. You'll will be able to handle all the heat, because you did right by yourself. And most of all, you will have to answer to yourself. but that, I suppose, is what this is all about.
