That was Singapore, but this is the United States. Here we have a great way to track all of the "homes," via the use of FCF's and Activated's tax id numbers. When the public finds out that all that Tsunami Relief was really to pay the monthly mortgages, rents, and family household income...well I'll let the public decide how to handle it.
