I do have an abrasive style. It might never be your style. Now, if I wanted to be your leader, I would set my style to what suits you. This is why I've never been ambitious about being anybody's leader. I, on the other hand, like my "style." It suit me just fine. But I am also a very compassionate being. One of my weaknesses is in expressing that compassion, but I do my best, and at the end of the day I like myself. But, before you trump up the next "charge," I know I'm a bit arrogant as well, so it will be needless of you to say so. But these are my imperfections that I love living with daily.
