The Family will definitely see Jim's statment as a threat, but as usual, Jim won't see it that way & will keep on doing it. Meanwhile, his statments will be quoted in Maria Letters as proof that the innocent will be 'persecuted.'
I wonder if part of the Family's strategy, now that they realize what an ill-advised rash speaker Jim is, to communicate with him as a representative? Because he refuses to counsel before he speaks, he plays right into their hands.
Why else would Clare Borowick write JIM to complain about statements made on the Frouman website? They WANT to deal with Jim knowing that he will speak rashly.
