Can anyone explain...?

I've been looking at the 2004 Family stats posted at xfamily and noticed that 12% of total membership are in Brazil and 10% of total member are from Brazil. Brazil represents a huge minority group within TF. Given that kind of representation, why did Queenie & Pooper go after the Brazilians last year with a purge and reorganization?

Yeah, I know the top bitch and her dog want quality disciples, not quantity, but when you think about total outreach & cash income, it doesn't make sense to be alienating a bunch of people on the Activated mailing list.

What's the story with Brazil?
