many people have sent letters, talked to congress people even, the D.A.'s office. I know this for a fact. But because of our freedom of religion, without any hard evidence, their hands were tied. I'm sure they already have a huge file. However, with Ricky's death and more people growing up and able to make statements, they may feel they have enough to go on now to do something about it. After Waco, the government was pretty much gun shy into investigating any type of cult.
