I just got in from buying three flats of perennials. We've got a major landscaping project happening in the backyard this weekend. Does a border of strawberries sound good? That's the only edible plant I'm planning to put in. Well, I'll probably get some volunteer tomatoes from the compost, but the rest is going to be flowers for the butterflies and hummingbirds.
