there was bad abuse everywhere, I didn't mean to belittle that. There was also really horrible things that went on in South America for some reason. I saw that when I met some teens from there in the early 90s. It also seems that the closer one got to top leadership, the worse it got - or at least the more obvious and above ground, so to speak - the more blatant.
