I am thinking it is true, because the average person would be astonished as to how someone would be under the kind of influence to wade in a sewer to retrieve a parrot and then you got amoebic dysentery? I get so sad when I hear of things like this. Mad too.
Did you have to get real sick for a long time before you got medical care?
