Why "Katherine Rianna" Smith

OK, so I was just reading the comic that xfamily uploaded called "Many are the Helpers of Maria" at
http://media.xfamily.org/docs/fam/mlk/mlk_82.pdf.

I'll bet the "Katherine" part comes from her delusion of being guided by Catherine czarina of Russia (see page 4). Then page 5 instructs us that the somewhat odd-looking "Rianna" (anybody have an idea from the picture who this is supposed to be?) along with General MacArthur and "Tory" (again, I say, WTF?) are devoted to her.
