The song was actually originating in the 50's I believe, sung by many different people, and in the "Mo" letter "Green Door" the lyrics are written into the letter, only instead of saying:
"When I said 'Joe' sent me some laughed out loud
behind the green door"..
Berg wrote it as:
"When I said 'MO' sent me some laughed out loud behind the green door"
