Grateful that you clarify your first statement with three caveats. Here is a little food for using words.
While there may not be practised for whatever reasons, FFing is still strong and well as a doctrine. As long as it remains a doctrine, regardless of its limited practice, it is still a part of the teachings.
I will urge you to add this comment whenever you refer to the subject of FFing. They still believe in it even if for other reasons they do not practice it.
Equally true is that they still practice the One Wife doctrine and expand it to include sex.
