and the final scene with the cult leader staging a sit-in at her commune, refusing to believe that her macabre utopia was a failure and more like the city of Hell than anything. She's seen screaming and crying as her little commune is burning to the ground, refusing to believe in its demise though the evidence is all around her. I keep seeing Maria in that role. Maybe I'm a prophetess, or am I channelling????? hehehehehe
