I am thinking you can take the points and write a bit about how your experience in the family generally relates to each point. Also, you may want to suggest that your therapist watch a movie like "Savage Messiah" to understand to some degree the cult dynamic. This is a movie of a Canadian cult leader, much smaller than the family but very similar control.
