Advocate wellness exams? Most probably only if you're the Queen or one of her minions and have the resources to access whatever level of medical care you choose. I suspect the lower echelons of the Family are counseled to "trust God" and search their hearts for sin to explain why menopause is going so badly.
BTW, cervical cancer has been linked to papilloma virus, which is commonly seen in women with multiple sexual partners. As in: Flirty Fishing will kill you long after you've retired your dancing shoes.
