This year’s greatest sensation is the return of one of the original founding members of Fleetwood Mac, Rock n Roll Hall of Fame inductee Jeremy Spencer, to the International scene at the Notodden Blues Festival. In 1971, two weeks into their US tour, Jeremy left his hotel room to find a book store and never came back to one of the most successful bands in the history of modern music. His extreme slide guitar technique and his intense vocal capacities were critical to the establishment of Fleetwood Mac and for their enormous popularity. Enshrouded in mystery for 35 years this super guitarist and Elmore James expert will join forces with the Trond Ytterbø Band. Ytterbø has recently left the Notodden Blues Band to start his own solo career.
