Anything BUT post personal emails on four different public web sites. That would be a good start.
Respecting her wishes might also be on the short list of solutions.
But I also like the idea of taking it to Dr Phil.

My daughter finds me controlling and manipulative and wants nothing to do with me. I posted personal letters to her on several public web sites, which she doesn't read, talking all about her personal life. Did I, as a parent, act in her best interests? Do you think this will help me regain her trust and build a healthy father-daughter relationship?
