Maybe save this whole discussion for later?

I'm having second thoughts about whether it's appropriate or even helpful to discuss the conflicts within the LaMattery family. I wonder if I should have asked the above question to Windy, but her statment about "all of them" being upset about Kristi really stood out to me.

I know Jim and John Jr. and Windy want to discuss this openly -- hence posting public letters to and about Kristi on no less than five chat boards at once! -- but now Jim is saying that he can't discuss certain aspects anyway because of signed agreements. He's probably right there, so maybe all this should wait.

The show was aired publicly and internationally and served its purpose in so doing, but I'm having second thoughts about whether it's helpful to the healing process to continue the discussion in public. The obvious questions all this leads to are things like, Do you feel Kristi crossed lines and did something wrong? Do they feel she owes Jim an apology? Frankly, I don't even want an answer to these questions at this point. I don't think Kristi owes Jim an apology nor that she did anything wrong and I don't want to see a firestorm erupt over two sides arguing this.

Windy, you don't need to answer my question above, and maybe it would be better if you didn't. I believe that any further discussion of these sensitive issues will help your family to heal. You may feel compelled to continue discussing it on the boards but my personal opinion at this point is that it will hinder instead of healing. Thanks for your stated willingness to answer, but maybe let's put a lid on this.
