Thanks--that helps me understand why Berg appears to like Reagan so much. From an historical or ideological standpoint, Berg's regard for Reagan doesn't make sense. Reagan was very charismatic, imo, which may also account for Berg's attraction to him despite a huge difference in their political philosophies.
