Just thought I'd clarify that. This could be a source of some of the misunderstandings that go when you are communicating online. I always get the feeling that you are talking to your wider audience, rather than to an individual and this can cause a lot of confusion. It also makes the individual feel like you are not listening to THEM. Just a suggestion, you might want to clarify that when you are responding to someone, i.e., this is for the folks that...... (fill in the blanks). Otherwise, speak specifically to the person you are posting to or emailing. This will save you a lot of trouble down the road and might help heal some of the past troubles. My 2 cents.
